The beautiful apartments were completed about three years ago. We do alot of work with the developer Sammut.  They have an incredible style and have built the best apartments in the area. They have a good appreciation of the landscape and realise that it plays a big part in the selling of their work.  Working closely with Innovative Architects they have come up with the best looking apartments in Cronulla.  Overlooking the beach and over the road from the shops, cafes etc it is no wonder these sold like hot cakes for well into the millions.  These guys are bringing style to the Shire.  We should embrace this type of development not only for its architectural style, but for its environmental merit.
